The Steam Engine Foundation is dedicated to supporting and promoting musicians from the greater San Diego area. We provide grants to individuals and groups who have well-developed ideas or projects that they’re ready to bring into the production studio or share with the public. Through our efforts, we aim to empower local artists and enhance the vibrant musical landscape of San Diego.

Our focus at this time is on helping to defray the costs of recording and producing original music.
